Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within Canada.
What are your shipping rates?
- We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $200 CAD.
- We offer free local delivery within the Comox Valley—just select the local delivery option at checkout.
- Shipping rates for orders under $200 CAD will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

Can I request a custom colorway?
Custom orders are not currently available, but we love hearing your suggestions! If there’s a colorway you’d love to see, feel free to reach out.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How should I care for my yarn?
We recommend hand-washing your yarn in cold water with a gentle wool wash and laying it flat to dry. While we rinse our yarn thoroughly, some slight bleeding may occur on the first wash—especially with highly saturated colors.
